Bump at the side of my belly button 11 months post-op tummy tuck - advice? (photo)

Hi im 11 months post op and have been suffering with pain to the left side of my belly button and there is a bump there also i have had a scan and they said it was fine my surgeon is unsure of what it is and im sick off being in pain still wearing my garment and taking painkillers daily
