I need to know if there are any cosmetic non-surgical treatments that work for this. I was also considering purchasing a Nubody by Nuface for at home after treatment - will it work?

Answer: Skin tightening and other treatments to improve skin quality on the arms Thank you for your question. We have found a combination of treatments will work best for treating laxity on the body especially the arms. Depending on the severity of the skin laxity, we get good results addressing skin laxity on many areas of the body including the arms by combining of Ultherapy skin tightening with Profhilo a bio stimulator to remodel and smooth the skin then a course of Tixel to improve texture and skin quality. Sometimes if the arms have become more like bingo wings we can also incorporate Coolsculpting combined with Tixel and or profhilo if necessary.

Answer: Skin tightening You would need to be evaluated by an experienced practioner to determine if a non invasive treatment would be appropriate given the degree of skin laxity. Microneedling or microneedling with radiofrequency are good non invasive options to tighten the skin on the arms. In our office we use the Exillis or lutronic infini with very good results.
