In late perimeno w/ rapid skin changes. Didn't lose weight, but likely lost subdermal fat in forearms-my skin looks a size too big. I can pinch at least 1" of the underside. If I hold arm overhead, it sags, wrinkles at elbow crease heavily. Now the top of forearm is weirdly lined, discolored a blotchy red. What options to tighten skin/even tone? Upper arm also sags with excess skin; dr's say do brachio. Can I treat forearm before brachio? I don't want forearm to get worse by waiting.

Viora reaction is a bipolar radiofrequency device. It has the ability to penetrate deeply. In my opinion, I would avoid the area with the titanium rods. A more superficial treatment for the neck would be preferred.
