Thank you for sharing your question. The best way to give volume and achieve a higher cheek bone is with fillers. There are several products on the market, so make sure you go to an experienced physician who can choose the best product for your face. Good luck!
The cheeks and cheek bone areas can be effectively enhanced by: 1. Instalift with threads and PDO threads as fillers, or 2. Fat injections using micro- and nano-fat injections. Both are good. The first one is easier to do and less downtime. Also depends on what your doctor is more experienced with.Best wishes,Victot Liu, MD
High cheekbones can be achieved by Dermal Filler or Fat Transfer. A Thread Lift will lift sagging skin, not add volume which is required to achieve the before and after image that you have shared. If you have tried cheek filler in the past and were not happy with the result you may have required more filler to achieve the result that you were looking for.It is also important that you are realistic with the results that you are looking for. Taking an image of another patient is not always the best approach as everyone’s face is different. Although one patient received a specific result with a certain volume of filler, it does not mean that everyone can due to our underlying bone structure and fat pads under the skin being individual. You must also be wary of images online as I have found many before and after images that have been digitally enhanced to either make the results look better or the before image look worse.I would recommend that you book a consultation with an experienced Cosmetic Injector who can advise how much filler they would recommend to give a dramatic different to your cheekbones and take into consideration what will suit your face and the proportions of your features.Warm Regards,Dr Glenn Murray, Absolute Cosmetic Medicine
A temporary way to achieve high cheekbones is with fillers ( several syringes). I think the best way to achieve permanent results is with silicone cheek implants. They have been used for years and are placed directly on the bone and secured with a tiny screw. They provide excellent lift and can be placed along the zygomatic arch. They look natural and cannot be felt through the skin. In addition, though they are permanent, they can easily be removed.
Thank you for your question, volume and contouring of the cheeks can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. Botox and radiofrequency can help slim and contour the jawline. Liposuction can help slim the face. Ultherapy, J Plasma and RF treatments can provide skin tightening and lift. I would recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Thank you for your question. The photo does not show a problem that is corrected by PDO thread lift, which is sagging. The photo shows a youthful face without sagging. To add volume the least expensive and invasive method would be filler. The amount of filler and its placement may not have been sufficient to get desired results in the past. Discuss with your doctor your goals. Additional filler can be added in stages until you get your desired results. Surgery would be the next step if you are seeking a more permanent and dramatic result.
Hello and thank you for your question. From the photos you submitted, to be honest, it looks like someone just erased a portion of your face. By doing so it gives you the appearance of having higher cheekbones. PDO Threads are great and I'm probably one of their biggest fans, but they have limitations. They will not give you what you never had. They will enhance and regenerate what you have, but they will not create something that was never there. To do so you would need filler, fat or implants. I would still recommend trying the lift, I would just have different expectations. Hope this answer helps and best of luck from the Art of Ageless Aesthetics.
Based on the photo, you may consider cheek fillers to improve the contour of the cheeks. Fat grafting and liposuction can also be one of alternative options, but a cheek implant would be the most permanent option among the given procedures. This implant is usually made of soft silicone and creates a natural look and feel. Another advantage is that these can easily be removed in the future. The best course of action would be to schedule an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person examination and a detailed discussion of your options.
Hello and thank you for your question! We could recommend you to have a thread lifting together with a facial fat grafting, in order to get the result you are looking for.Good luck! ^^
