Thank you for sharing your question. Both products work for the tear troughs. I prefer fillers, because there is immediate improvement and results can be titrated as the area is filled. Make sure your treatment is performed by an experienced eyelid specialist for this delicate area. Good luck!

Thank you for your question and photo. Based on this limited view photo, you have a lot of loose skin, thick skin and loss of subcutaneous volume. A thread lift will not fix these for you. You are not a candidate for a thread lift. You would do better with a facelift/necklift and fat grafts to...

If Botox lasted for six months, that is quite a long time. Usually it lasts 3-5 months for most people. I do think you are too young for a thread lift at 18. In fact you are too young for Botox also. The best advice for you is to limit sun exposure since this will serve you best in the long run....
