There is a technique I've heard about involving a spongy type of silicone, Ultra Soft Silicone, that I have heard from Korean surgeons. It is placed under the muscle directly above the bone, so that there is no encapsulation and the muscles keep the implant in place. I would like some comments about possible safety issues with this method, considering how new it is. Thanks for your input.
