Dent beside tip following rhinoplasty - can this be fixed?

I had rhinoplasty a few years ago. I am Asian so my original nose was very wide. My surgeon refined the tip by removing fatty tissue from the tip and supratip region as well as some of the lower lateral cartilage. Around 3 months after my rhinoplasty I started to notice a dent on the left side of my nose (right side in the photos) beside the tip. The dent became more apparent as the swelling decreased. Is the dent something that can be fixed easily in a revision? Also, can my tip be refined further?

If it's just the dent, a long-acting filler may allow a simple correction with the possibility of scar tissue ingrowth for a semi-permanent correction. On the basal view, it appears that the dent is causing the central nasal column to veer off to the side. So a revision in the nasal tip area would correct both problems. It's always difficult to say whether a revision is going to be easy or hard.

a can be difficult to say whether or not revision work will be simple or complicated.  It should always be assumed that things will be a little complicated and the results of your revision rhinoplasty surgery can usually result in an improvement but it is infrequently perfect.  In any case, the dent that you refer to may be corrected with something as simple as filler or a small localized injection of your own fat.

I might try a filler to that area of indentation first to see if the result/appearance can be improved. If there is an improvement than yearly fillers could be a plan...

It is difficult to tell from the photo what is going one, and you probably need to be seen in person to be properly evaluated.  Sometimes for minor defects, filler can be an option.
