I did thigh liposuction post op 1 month already plus arm lipo and chin liposuction just 2 days ago. If this site can allow me to give 10 stars to Dr. Al i will give surely give 10 stars as an overall rating. My surgery went great super life changing. Doctor al is hands on with all my queries and throughout my healing period. Super smooth ang surgery and after that you will have a nice suite room waiting for you (mas better pa sa hospital rooms) after the surgery. With one staff of Doc Al taking care of you over night to make sure everything is okay. (Like your personal PDN) Everything is included in the package that you paid for. 1 night room stay after surgery, all the labs and the post op medicine) Like wow!!!I'm so happy because I didn't get so stressed and everything went fine since they take care about everything already. All you need to do is to rest after the surgery. You will not get that kind of service in belo or other surgical clinic aside from they have staff who is designated to answer your queries but you are not able to talk to the surgeon directly. (I research all of this so i know na you won't have this package and treatment with other clinic) Plus you will Pay your labs and you have to go home after your surgery.. So after my thigh surgery which is successful and I'm so happy with the results.. after a month i did another surgery under Dr. Al's care which is Vaser liposuction in my arms and chin liposuction..(so far my labs are all okay again kasi of-course you need to be checked again and to be a good candidate for surgery). Super life changing sya as soon as i saw my results like wow can't believe na arms ko ung nakikita ko sa mirror. I will be forever thankful and for sure i will always choose Doctor Al and to trust only him on my upcoming surgeries.. I can't wait.(i have more upcoming projects for my body) All the cost and the pain is super worth it guys! So if you want to have liposuction surgery like me. I really suggest Dr. Al Farabi. I did my research work to find the best doctor for my surgery kasi ofcourse you want the best for this kind of surgeries and so far he is the best you can find in our country! . His staff are so friendly and accommodating as well, I'm so thankful also to them for accommodating me and my dad every time we visit the clinic. Thank you so much doc I can't wait for the final results of my thighs, arms and chin. Pero as early as now I'm speechless already kasi makikita mo na ang difference. Plus the arm liposuction have a very minimal pain lang ..like i swear guys mas masakit pa ung first time na nag workout ka sa gym. Thigh liposuction yes it's painful kasi madami nakuhang fats sakn pero the healing is fast from week 1 I'm using large compression leggings now 4th week small compression leggings na ang maluwag na sya.. I chose him after extensive research because I wanted the best. I’ve been to various drs to listen how they will assess the problem and by far Dr. Jaafar is the only dr I’ve heard the right & honest answers. He only offers surgery to patients who are the best candidates even if it means he doesn’t get to operate. Very light handed. I almost felt nothing all throughout the surgery. Another thing I like is him not disclosing the identities of his patients. Very professional and trustful. Grateful for the amazing & very naturalistic results. You can entrust your life to him. Dr. Al Jafaar is one of the greatest doctors in the Philippines, Dr. Al saved my life from an infection due to the Hiko threads that was applied to my nose, he removed the incorrectly placed threads and the abses that grew, the infection was severe that if Dr. Al didn't operate right away I could have been hospitalized or worst I could've died, He made me feel comfortable before and after the operation, you can hear from his voice that he truly cares for his patients. If anyone is planning for any type of plastic surgery I would recommend you to go to Dr. Al because he'll walk you through what will happen on the operation or he'll recommend what's good and will look natural for you, Thank you so much Dr. Al Jafaar! Dr. Al Jaafar is a world-class cosmetic surgeon with a god given talent for aesthetics. He is kind, caring, compassionate, professional and highly skilled at everything he does. I’m from the US and traveled to visit Dr. Jaafar for full body liposuction at his clinic. I chose him after extensive research because I wanted the best. I believe he is the best. He made the process of planning a breeze and his support staff was (and is) exceptional. I am grateful for the amazing results I achieved because of his expertise. My results far surpassed my expectations and I am beyond grateful. From my first contact with Dr. Jaafar to this day, I have enjoyed being his patient. I arrived in Manila and my initial visit at his office was the next day. I felt comfortable with him even before we met because of his peaceful personality and excellent communication skills. My procedure was scheduled for the next day. Everything went smoothly. He followed my recovery closely. I stayed in the Philippines for a month to recover and was happy to see him several times. I had additional work done on my face, neck and arms by Dr. John Michael Dellariarte. He works with Dr. Jaafar in the same clinic. He is amazing as well. I am planning a return visit to the Philippines for Dr. Dellariarte to work on me again. My before-and-after pictures don’t show my full results. My figure continues to improve as the days go by. It’s been 3 months and I now have an hour glass figure. Dr. Jaafar prayed with me before my procedure and throughout my recovery. I know he prayed for me during my 12 hour surgery. He cares more about his patients than money. I found that out after I’d paid for several surgeries. My full body liposuction surgery came with a painful recovery and Dr. Jaafar persuaded me not to have the second surgery we’d planned. He thought it would be to much for me and helped me to see that he was right. He refunded my money. If he were only in it for the money he would not have been so compassionate or cancelled the second surgery. I have the utmost respect for him. I've always wanted a rhinoplasty for as long as I can remember. My nose was very crooked and pretty flat. As a model and also a pageant competitor, it has always been difficult to find my angles and almost always edit my photos to at least make the bridge higher to hide the bridge bump and wonkiness. I've put this procedure off for years and years despite being able to do so because it's pretty hard to find a doctor in the US that specializes in Asian Rhinoplasty, I've always watched Dr. Yoo's videos but I know how pricey it is to get a nose job in Beverly Hills so I knew that wasn't gonna be an option. While I was researching through real self and reading about Dr. Yoo's work, I was suggested Dr. Jafaar in Centuria Medical Makati. Updated on 3 Dec 2019: After watching countless videos of rhinoplasty recovery on YouTube, I was totally convinced that it would be a painful disgusting process. I’m really shocked that my experience has been overwhelmingly pleasant. The actual procedure was almost completely painless (stubbing my toe was a hundred times worse), I remember I was so nervous and shakey because I was afraid that the local anesthesia injection would hurt. Everyone else that had rhinoplasty done under local anesthesia said it’s the worst pain they’ve ever felt. Dr. Jafaar started with harvesting cartilage from my ear and I waited for the pain from injecting local anesthesia but I felt nothing after an initial feeling of an ant bite. I kept wondering if the injection was done and only knew it was when I heard everything going on in my ear. Same thing for my nose, it only felt like ant bites as the needle goes in but thats really it. Since my procedure was done under local anesthesia, I was feeling like myself quicker. I didn’t feel much pain, just soreness the first night and as soon as I woke up the sore uncomfortable feeling was gone. I do look a little funny because my face is really swollen and a teeny bit of bruising (barely) under my eyes. Updated on 4 Dec 2019: Still no pain, swelling has gone down a bit and no visible bruising. I’ve been drinking pineapple juice because I heard it really helps with swelling and making sure I take all the prescribed medication on time. I also clean my nose and apply ointment using the supplies in the aftercare kit provided by Dr. Jaafar. I haven’t seen any blood or anything leaking from my nose or sutures at all so it’s been a breeze to clean. I’ll be at my first follow up appointment today at 2pm. Updated on 5 Dec 2019: I got my tapes and gauze removed today! Also thoroughly cleaned, it was pretty quick and painless. I had no bleeding/leaking or anything really. Healing extremely well. Before heading out Dr. Jaafar had his nurse take us down to the floor where the OR is and he took the time to talk to me and check on my nose. Amazing doctor, he really goes above and beyond for his patients! Updated on 7 Dec 2019: My next follow up appointment is tomorrow. I’ll be getting my stitches removed. Swelling on the bridge is mostly gone, the tip is always the last part to stay swollen sometimes for even up to year. I’m already extremely happy with how it looks now and looking forward to the improvement as the swelling slowly dissipates. I’ve been walking around outside and haven’t been having any problems with pain or anything, just being super careful not to bump into anything. If you’re reading this and contemplating whether or not you’re gonna go through with Dr. Jaafar, just do it! You’ll be extremely happy and satisfied with the results. I feel so blessed that I had the opportunity to have such a great doctor perform my rhinoplasty for me.

I don't even know where to start... This is by far the most heartfelt and sincere review I will probably ever write. If there is more than 5 star, I would definitely be giving it to Dr. Al Jaafar as a no-brainer. It is rare to find a doctor that is as excellent at his bedside manner as he is with his skills. When I first met Dr. Al, I knew right away that he was the right doctor for me. PHENOMENAL is the most appropriate word to use in describing Dr. Al. He is an incredible surgeon who takes pride in his work and focuses on finding the best results for each of his patients. Not only he is extremely professional, he is also courteous and has a calm demeanor. He is friendly and takes the time to listen to concerns and answer every question in great detail. He is willing to make recommendation if you ask, but is not pushy. Not once did I feel pressured or forced into making a decision I didn't want to. I asked a few questions, then he suggested a procedure that perfectly fit my needs. He is great at what he does and will give his honest feedback on what he thinks would look good and natural on your face or your body type. He is as well meticulous, which is exactly what I want when dealing with my face. Making the decision to have my procedures done by Dr. Al was an easy one. I am able to express my concerns and what I hope to accomplish knowing in return, he will offer his professional opinion. I had blepharoplasty on August 13 and rhinoplasty on November 11 just this year and I am beyond thrilled with my new face! The results are so much better than I ever imagined! Afterwards, I noticed my friends and family complimenting me on how refreshed I look; however, they couldn't figure out or put a finger on what was so different. This is the type of reaction I had anticipated because Dr. Al prefers a more natural look. I am much more confident today than I was before I met him. The results of the procedures gave me a sense of completeness and went far beyond expectations. The post-surgical care was also a top-notch! After the initial stitch removal of my rhinoplasty, he had me visit his office every day for wound cleaning and for him to properly monitor my healing progress, since I was just staying at Knightsbridge at that time (visited NEU for 7 consecutive days), which I greatly appreciated. I so love his staff and how comfortable they all made me feel. Everyone in NEU is genuinely nice and made me feel like I was part of their family. Every aspect of my surgeries and pre and post-op have gone perfectly. I have felt valued and well-cared for throughout the process. My surgery outcome super exceeded my expectation. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for his great work and professionalism. He's highly knowledgeable. From the surgery to recovery, he's super caring. I would also like to acknowledge his super sweet and skillful nurses, Twinkle and Lucky, and the other staff, Rose and Karen. I'm not done with Dr. Al yet. I will continue visiting him for all my anti-aging needs. If you're looking to boost your confidence and/or help your overall self-esteem, and if you are in the research phase, stop your search now, you won't regret it! He is hands down the best doctor around. I can assure you, he is better than the rest, his work speaks for itself. I had a full body contouring/liposuction , breast augmentation and areola reduction and couldn't be happier with the fantastic results! Dr. Al Jafaar is truly an artist and genius.
