I have broken capillaries 3 weeks after Asian Rhinoplasty, will they go away? (photos)

I just had asian nose job 3 weeks ago. Now there are some thin red veins on my nose bridge. Based from what I read it probably broken capillaries. Will the red veins disappear by itself? Is there anything that I can do beside do laser? Thanks.

These vessels can sometimes form after rhinoplasty due to the manipulation of the skin during surgery.  They will typically improve with time, but quickest and most effective way to reduce the appearance of those vessels is with a pulsed-dye laser.

You need to wait several months to see if the "broken capillaries", telangiectasias, go away on their own. An increased blood supply as part of the healing process is often the reason for this. If they do not go away they can be easily removed by laser in the office.

Seriously only 3 weeks!!!! Allow 3 to 6 months of healing before thinking about treating these capillaries..
