Recurring skin infection on nose supra tip 1 year after Rhinoplasty?

It seems possible that you have a chronic infection involving either avascular cartilage graft, permanent suture or other foreign body. You will need to find a surgeon experienced at revision surgery to discuss your situation. If there is an infection, the main thing is to get your nose healed and infection free, and how good it ends up looking must be an important but secondary concern.

I recommend you seek repeat evaluation with your surgeon or new evaluation by a facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon. Sometimes non-surgical methods such as steroid injections and needle shaves can be done in the office to improve the area of concern. Especially when there is an issue of recurrent infection, sometimes revision surgery may be the best treatment option.
