Can my radix be widened?

My radix, the bone between my eyes has been narrowed a great deal following rhinoplasty. My whole nose has been overly narrowed. It has completely changed my eyeline and made my eyes appear smaller and closer together somehow. It’s just changed how they look. Can this bone be made wider again?

The problem that you are highlighting can be addressed by surgical or nonsurgical techniques. 
The advantage of a non-surgical approach lies in its reversibility. 
3D imaging can also help you to define your goals.
The surgical approach can be based on onlay of material to create additional width, or spreader grafts to maintain the nasal bones further away from the septum. 
In some instances, the change that is perceived to be exaggerated comes from loss of some of the squareness in the upper part of the bridge, with the dorsal aesthetic lines becoming too close together. This can be identified in pre-op photographs and in computer simulations. Such a change does not lend itself to fillers which generally produce smoother contours and would be more suitable for surgery.
