1 yr post revision - lump/knuckle of cartilage in left side of nose tip causing tip to look sideways. Can it be fixed? (photo)

~mid 2017 I got rhinoplasty to fix a broken bone that resulted from an injury I got as a kid. ~mid 2018 I got revision rhinoplasty with the same surgeon b/c my tip was HUGE/bulbous. Now ~14 months post revision & there is a knuckle of cartilage (bossae?) in the left tip that makes my nose tip look sideways & nostrils uneven. I can move this cartilage up & down. Can this cartilage be removed/flattened? Can it be closed rhinoplasty/local anesthesia? Is this a quick fix? PLEASE HELP!!
