Could lip fillers make my lips wider? Also can a nose job make your nose bigger? (photo)

You should start out with 1cc of juvederm filler or restylane filler and go from there. You do not want to overdo too much filler in the lips. It also depends on the look you are going for too. You can always add more filler to the lips if needed. Just remember if you are going to do your lips and you do not want to bruise you should not take any aspirins or anything that will thin the blood since brusing can occur. One syringe is typically $550

Sorry to hear you are not happy with your lips. They are beautiful, symmetric and you have a sexy pout.  They are perfect for your face and any wider would look weird. Get feedback from friends, co-workers, family and I'm betting they will all agree. Keep in mind that many women pay money to get lip fillers to make them look like yours.  If you see before and after photos you will see that your lips will match many of the "after" pics and none of the "before" pics.

Your mouth is perfect - you don't even need fillers. The shape of your nose can be changed by fillers when you undergo a liquid nose job. The bridge can be lifted and the nostrils made smaller. The slight upturn of your nose is perky - others even have Botox to achieve this look.
