Could lip fillers make my lips wider? Also can a nose job make your nose bigger? (photo)

im quite insecure about my lips because i feel like they’re not big enough in proportion to my face, and was wondering if lip fillers can make your mouth wider at all as my lips aren’t very wide. also as you can see my nose is too short so was wondering if a nose job can make your nose longer at all in addiction to being thinner / better shaped etc? thank you!
