The short answer is I don't think you are too young. The long answer is that you have a few good options. Facetite is one. It is reasonable. Fillers could also be used to shape your face to camouflage the rounding but would be less long-lasting and may not get you as far as you want. Facetite also is a bit less predictable in terms of the final result. Improvement would be expected, however. Surgical therapy with fat removal, facial contouring, possible implants or fat augmentation used to limited areas could also get you where you want to be. It is hard to recommend what is best without a more detailed evaluation. I recommend you see a board-certified facial specialist (or even a few) to help determine what is best for you personally.
