At age 72, is it too late in life to have a FaceTite procedure? Is there an alternative to address jowls and slackened skin?

You would really have to have a consultation and be evaluated by a board-certified plastic surgeon that performs both facelift and FaceTite procedures.  As you get older your skin loses its elasticity and many times a face and neck lift are better options.  Without a picture it is difficult to comment on your specific situation.  I have done FaceTite on patient's in their 70's and have had nice improvement but they are generally patient's who are not great operative candidates due to other conditions.  Make a consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs both procedures. Thank you for your question. FaceTite is a great procedure for anyone wanting the dramatic results of a facelift without the downtime of surgery. It is difficult to say without a photo.  I recommend getting a in person consultation with a board-certified dermatologist.
