I have had malar mound since I was a child. I am 45 but not ready for surgery and want a natural looking effect. I have researched treatment for YEARS and think that the newest radio frequency devices inserted in the skin may be a great solution. I think that my mounds are “fatty” and this could diminish the mound/bag and tighten the skin. Is this a better route than an ablative laser (which I have tried as well as micro-needling) and which of the two is better. Or are they the same?
