4 weeks after BBL, weight up 6 lbs - still swelling?

I had a bbl 4 weeks ago with lipo on my whole back and abdomen and when I weighed myself a few days ago my weight was up 6 lbs. My abdomen still still pretty similar to how it was before- could this be swelling weight still a month after?
