Thank you for your question. The answer is yes. These procedures are commonly done together with great results. Combination procedures are safe and very effective in the right hands. The surgeon has to be an expert in each procedure and must have a lot of experience in performing combination procedures and can minimize the operative time. For example, we work in a team and would take around 4 hours for the complete operation. This allows us to get better results with less surgical time and less trauma. Combination procedures can give powerful results but safety is key. You definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety. Don’t settle for less than a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

It is always recommended to have a liposuction with transfer to your buttocks first as this guarantees more fat to be transferred than when it is combined with another procedure . Hello dear!! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. It is a common combination, the most important is to be healthy and prior the surgery you will have exams and other evaluations to validate your health condition. I recommend you to make an appointment with a board plastic surgeon for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals. Good luck :)
Hi, thanks for sharing your concern with us! It is possible to do both procedures together. It's important to keep in mind that the ideal BMI for aesthetics procedures is below 34%, but the more weight you lose the better results you will get. Reaching your weight goal prior to surgery would decrease the risks of complications during and after surgery and enhance results. Also you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.Have a great day! Dr. JPG
Thanks for asking this question. In many cases it is cost-effective to perform two or more plastic surgeries in one setting since the patient will only pay for one anesthesia and facility fee. However, it does not apply to breast surgery and Brazilian butt lift.Breast surgery—such as augmentation, lift, or reduction—requires that you sleep on your back for at least six or eight weeks post op. Recovery after a Brazilian butt lift, meanwhile, requires that you avoid any pressure on the buttocks, which could kill the fat grafts and lead to low survival rate of fats and asymmetric shape. The general rule of thumb is to avoid sleeping on your back for two to three weeks. The problem can arise if you have breast surgery and Brazilian butt lift in one surgical setting. It may be difficult, if not impossible, to find a comfortable sleeping position that will not compromise your results. You may argue that you can lie on your side and remain still during sleep, so combining these two procedures is acceptable. However, take note that most Brazilian butt lifts involve transferring fat to the hips or lateral side of the buttocks to achieve a more attractive silhouette, and placing pressure on this area can lead to less than optimal results. Also, make sure that both surgeries are performed only by experienced plastic surgeons who specialize in body contouring procedures.
Yes, it is very possible to have a BBL and a breast augmentation at the same time. You are best to be seen in person to review your medical history and discuss your goals. Best of luck.
