It is always recommended to have a liposuction with transfer to your buttocks first as this guarantees more fat to be transferred than when it is combined with another procedure . As a surgeon is only allowed to take only about 1000cc of fat in a combo procedure instead of 4000cc in a single procedure.

It is possible to do both procedures together. It's important to keep in mind that the ideal BMI for aesthetics procedures is below 34%, but the more weight you lose the better results you will get. Reaching your weight goal prior to surgery would decrease the risks of complications during and after surgery and enhance results.

Dear Vallsdolll2018,It is certainly possible to have a breast augmentation performed at the same time as a Brazilian Buttock Lift.  These surgeries are frequently combined in my practice.  The first week or two of recovery is a bit difficult, staying off of your buttocks and off of your breasts, but beyond that, it is smooth sailing.  Good luck!
