Question

I am suspecting the grafts implanted were dead, I still feel them with my finger and no shedding or growing. Doctor never told me how many grafts they implanted, guessing around 3,000. Also I suspect my donor area has been depleted, poor job with grafts taken in the same area. the clinic unfortunately refuses to answer after several attempts before typing a review I'm going to see how things are going. I am really concerned. Hairy transplant was in Istanbul clinic have lots of positive feedback.

Your donor area will always look "thinner" proportionate to the number of hairs taken out after a FUE harvesting surgery.  The hairs will NOT grow back from the donor area (where it was taken).  If it all goes to plan the donor hairs will grow in the area it was transplanted.
Additionally, shock loss is always a risk and it is difficult to assess this on the Internet or with photos.  You need a before and after comparison.  You need an examination.

At 12 weeks you should not expect to see much, if any, growth with the naked eye.  Give it at least 8-12 months to assess your recipient area growth.  The one area you show does look thin- if this persists scalp micropigmentation could be beneficial.Give it at least 8 (up to 12) months, and then if feasible return to Turkey to review photos and discuss results.

This unfortunately is the risk of going abroad for a hair transplant. Your surgeon should feel ethically, morally and professionally obliged to address your concerns. It is difficult to assess your recipient area without photographs. You certainly do have delayed healing at your donor zone- I hope they haven't over-harvested and left you with a see-through effect. Please arrange to see a hair loss specialist or hair transplant surgeon who is willing to see you and not someone who appears disinterested in your concerns.

I am not sure what you are asking. There is no recourse in dealing with these clinics. If you wait it out for 8 months, you will know if there is a failure of the FUE
