How normal are these scabs/divots and no shedding at nearly 3 weeks post-op? (Photos)

19 days post FUE, 1800 grafts. I have some blood scabs and divots like holes under them, wet to see my USA clinic where I had it done, response was never seen this before as well no hair shedding, it’s growing with some ingrown.

It is best to contact your surgeon for post surgery issues and care since all doctors have slightly different instructions.

If you have been taking care of your scalp, by three weeks postop, your scabs should be gone.  Consider giving your surgeon a call and going in to have the area checked

Those deep scabs and divots look like focal areas of necrosis. They are not normal and could cause damage to the growing follicles

The wounds that you are showing is classic necrosis, death of part of the skin in the recipient area. Return to see your surgeon as you will need debridement and treatment
