When can I apply aloe vera gel after 3500 FUE?

I have had a surgery FUE 6 days ago. Since yesterday my donor are is very itchy. Can I apply Aloe Vera gel on it? I have tried to avoid scratching it but a couple of times I have had to rub the palm of my hand on it to ease. Secondly when I apply shampoo or gel on my donor area why does it feel funny?

It is best to contact your surgeon for post surgery issues and care since all doctors have slightly different instructions.

Your donor area will always look "thinner" proportionate to the number of hairs taken out after a FUE harvesting surgery.  The hairs will NOT grow back from the donor area (where it was taken). You can have your surgeon exam the area to see if it is depleted.

You can have hairs transplanted to your sideburns.Photos cannot determine if you would be a good candidate for surgery.  You need an examination and the doctor needs to understand your goals and expectations. You need to have good communication with your doctor to understand what your end ...

If you have low density (many Asians) with a high contrast (black hair on fair skin) and short hair style a 2000 FUE grafts may look depleted.
