Can I get a CT scan scan 15 days after a hair transplant?

I went to Turkey and received 3550 FUE hair transplant. 14 days from the surgery, I came down with flu like symptoms and was admitted to the hospital. Today, the doctor ordered a CT scan of my head. Will this harm the grafts in any way?
