I want to get a second fat transfer to my breast, and I was wondering how long should I wait. I did my first one six months ago. Can I do it now?
Answer: Breast Fat Transfer Hello, you could get a second transfer now. We typically have our patients to wait a minimum of three months before their second session of Fat Transfer to ensure the fat from the previous transfer has had time to settle and acclimate, also giving you time to heal.

Answer: Six to Twelve months When considering a second breast fat transfer, waiting at least 6 to 12 months after the first procedure is generally recommended. This timeframe allows your body to fully heal and the results of the initial transfer to stabilize. This period is crucial to see how much of the transferred fat survives and to ensure that your breasts have settled into their new shape. If you are currently 6 months post-op, it may be wise to wait a few more months to observe the final results before deciding on a second transfer. Always consult with your surgeon to assess the outcomes and discuss the best timing for a second procedure.

Answer: Waiting time Dear Forceful870994, you should be fully healed prior to another elective procedures. Since your surgery was 6 months ago, you should be fine. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Fat transfer to breasts Nobody knows the definitive answer to this. I would also base your decision on whether the first tanager worked well. The fat can resorb over a longer period of time than six months so you don’t really know what you have from the first procedure
