I had my ft with reputable PS in 2022 after weight loss and menopause atrophy. Went from 34aa to 34 b/c (350ccs pure fat per side - 5'7, 130 lbs). Since then my ft has been gradually disappearing, I'm now done to 5-10% without sternous exercising or weight loss. How likely is such a drastic loss of retention Are there any alternatives apart from implants? I have multiple autoimmune issues and am scared.
