I want to get a fat transfer into my breasts to make them larger, more even, and a better shape, but I also want to remove excess fat on certain parts of my body at the same time. If only 5 liters of fat is allowed to be taken out at one time, does that include the fat that will be going back into my breasts or just the fat that is removed from my body all together?

Answer: Fat transfer with liposuction Fat transfer to breasts is a great option at the time of liposuction. 5 liters/ 5000cc is a rough guideline - for fluid shifts, recovery, patient safety, etc, to stay under (whether or not there is fat transfer). Liposuction treats stubborn areas of fat and is not for weight loss so very large volumes above 5000cc are usually discouraged. An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to further discuss your options and expectations.

Answer: Fat The limit is removal of 5 liters of fat, but this may need to be less in some people. This removal amount is not related to the fat transferred. Very few people get 5 liters of fat removed at one time.
