Given that I was born with an abnormal nose missing cartilage on the radix and had a primary surgery to address breathing problems which resulted in my nose becoming very small and button-shaped, can a revision surgery restore the original proportions of my nose and make it flatter or given the current conditions of my nose would a second surgery not de advised?
