Would X-Rays affect FUE grafts?

Question

Hi all, I am approximately 8 weeks post FUE. I just had a dental x-ray (the bite-wing variety...). I did not think too much of it at the point, but it's been weighing on my mind since - since we're advised to stay out of the sun, perhaps X-Rays are harmful as well? Is this of any concern? Can X-Rays affect my results? Thanks for any and all input.

Normal dental Xrays do not affect transplanted hairs or hairs in general.  If you have concerns you can ask your dentist

In my opinion No an xray does not affect transplanted grafts. At least there has been no evidence to support a this. Your grafts should grow fine.

As far as we know Xrays are not harmful for your FUE implanted grafts. To double check you can always ask your surgeon.

After two weeks post hair transplant procedure the follicles should be settled and you should be healed.  After four weeks you can return to normal activity and X-ray won't harm the grafts.

X-rays do not impact recipient grafts at all. The X-ray beams go through the tissue and to not do direct damage
