White dirt is appearing in the recipient area after washing with shampoo on 15 day after FUE.

I done a fue in April 30. Doctor said I can regularly wash my head from the 12 day but don't rub implanted area. And also she said applay babay shapoo for twice in a week for 2 weeks. Then use it regularly. When I wash my head 2nd time with shampoo (on 15 day)I noticed some white dirt is appearing in recipient area after wasing. Dirt is stucked in grafts. it become dry after washing. Is it harmful for my grafts. ?How to remove it? I didn't touched the implanted area yet.
