Hi Doctors, I underwent FUE operation (3500 grafts) 1 month ago in Turkey. I notice the donor area right behind my right ear which looks especially patchy. While on the left and back side, hairs grew back and looks perfectly normal, few hair grew back on the right side even after 4 weeks! Was that area so over-harvested that no hair will ever grow back? I am really worried about it. Is it too early to say anything? Is there anything I can do to sort it out? Please advise. Thank you very much.

Dear av_regalThanks for the question. You should follow the washing and post operative instructions as given by your clinic/surgeon. I wish you all the best.
If you are having issues on your scalp after surgery it is best to contact your doctor for an examination. It is not very clear what you mean by "white dirt".
At 6 weeks it would be pretty difficult to really damage the grafts. If there was no blood or significant trauma, it is highly unlikely you did any permanent damage. But, the only way to know for sure would be to wait and see if hair growth changes, or to visit your doctor.
