Quarter-sized bumps at temples What caused these?

Female, 64, had smas face and neck lift 2 years ago. I have pronounced quarter-sized bumps at my temples which show up in pictures. It almost looks like sutures failed or are too tight. Can find no info on this. Also have unsightly bumps on front neck surface. What caused these? Doc is in denial. Excellent health, non smoker or drinker.

I would not call those pixie ears at all. With pixie ears it looks like the earlobe is melting into the jawline and is tethered. There’s a small web at your left lobe. Should be easy to correct

Sometimes this can be from poor suturing, tissue bunching and/or just bad technique, unfortunately. I would recommend seeking a second opinion for a revisionary face/necklift. These are all my own opinions based on the photos provided. I would recommend seeing an actual plastic surgeon who has...
