I had a facelift a year and 3 months ago and had a hematoma on my left side near jawline. Can this be fixed and if so how. I am looking for a new surgeon.

You have a skin type that would probably allow a direct necklift and Z-plasty. This procedure allows the skin to be excised directly at the problem area. The z-plasty hides the incision well. In some cases, the incision can be further hidden using a CO2 laser a few months later.
