You have a skin type that would probably allow a direct necklift and Z-plasty. This procedure allows the skin to be excised directly at the problem area. The z-plasty hides the incision well. In some cases, the incision can be further hidden using a CO2 laser a few months later.

I would not call those pixie ears at all. With pixie ears it looks like the earlobe is melting into the jawline and is tethered. There’s a small web at your left lobe. Should be easy to correct
