Can my pulled, elongated ears be easily corrected 2 years post revision facelift? (Photos)

I'm really unhapppy w/my appearance 22 mos post revision to correct poor previous facelift resulting in pixie ears, scarring, etc. The sides and underneath my lobes to my jaw still look and feel thick, puffy, elevated and the area constantly swells up to swallow my ear which is now pulled forward, elongated in an unflattering way and sewn into the facelift scar. My whole face is throw out of proportion. Can I get a better, rounded ear without another surgery?

Good evening. As long as your surgical incisions have healed properly, and there are no sites of infection or open wounds, there is no such thing as too much scar massage in your case. Your healing incisions/immature scars should approach peak tensile strength around 6-8 weeks after surgery...
