Hey everyone, i'd like to know if this operation is difficult and the details on what is done to the nose of this type. I have the exact same type of features as the before, so i'd really like to hear from you guys on your insight if its possible to get that same structure etc. Thanks in advance!

Answer: Rhinoplasty candidate for bulbous tip No two noses are alike, so it is very difficult to give someone else's nose to you. The bulbous tip is addressed with a tip rhinoplasty which can include cartilage removal and suture techniques to the lower lateral cartilages. The hump is composed of both bone and cartilage must be shaved down when present. Osteotomies of the nasal bones are required to narrowed them. When there is an hourglass deformity in the mid third of the nose, spreader grafts are placed to prevent collapse. For many examples, please see the link below
