It is very unlikely that rhinoplasty to repair a depressed nasal fracture would disturb your orbital blowout fracture at this point. The only way to know for sure, however, would be to review your CT scan and evaluate your nasal bones and orbital fracture. The rhinoplasty should not affect the orbital fracture as the bones are not related.  However, you should have your CT scan and records available when getting your consultation so your surgeon is aware of the previous injuries and correction.   Best of luck. The rhinoplasty procedure to straighten the nasal bones will involve medial and lateral osteotomies of the nasal bones. This should have no effect on the infraorbital blowout fracture that you had months ago. Anticipate at least 2 weeks  of visible bruising and swelling after resetting the nose fracture, and a cast placed across the  Nasal bridge for one week.
