My nose got hit four months ago and is still swollen, Will it go back to normal?

In Febraury of this year my nose got hit by my flyer at cheerleading, i started to bleed and had a lot of pain. I went to the doctors the next day my nose wasn't broken but my doctor had said i lost cartilage in my nose, and i had a concussion. Now it is may, and my nose has swelled down but i can still see it is swollen and its been this size for about 3 months now. Im worried that my nose won't go back to normal, what do i do? Will go back to normal? Its my 4th time being hit in the nose this year

Nasal trauma can cause a fracture of the nasal bones which can be displaced or non displaced. Trauma can also cause the upper lateral cartilages to be fractured  off of the nasal bones. Even a deviated septum can be caused from nasal trauma which is repaired with a septoplasty to improve breathing. A consultation and  examination with an ENT/facial plastic surgeon will be able to determine what may need to be performed. Nasal trauma can lead to persistent swelling for several months. Best to be seen in person to be properly evaluated if concerned.
