Which procedure, excluding tummy tuck, would help tighten loose skin on the belly?

I really want to preface this by saying I KNOW a tummy tuck gives the most dramatic results. After my first kid (15 year ago) I had a mini tummy tuck. Since, I've had 4 more kids, close together, all big 9+ lbs. 3 were c-sections. My concern is helping lose skin, not stretch marks or having a perfect belly, Is there a procedure that could 'help' tighten and pull it in, not perfect, but better than it currently is?

I would recommend you try renuvion or bodytite to help tighten skin.  Both work well in trained hands.  I would also combine it with morpheus, or another radiofrequency microneedling device.

Hello; We use for tightening that, there are devices; such as Renuvion J Plasma, Bodytite or injectional applications; such as PLA (Sculptura, Lanluma). However, after the implementations, the content of tightening; it always depends on the skin quality. If there are many or wide cracks on the skin; the volume of tightening will be less.

As you stated, there is surgical excision which is the gold standard for skin laxity tummy tuck and you would have amazing results because you area laready very lean, and some muscle repair would return your waist line and you would be long, lean and narrow waisted but...
The best treatment for skin laxity that is not surgical is Renuvion for a couple reasons. It has the most effective and durable results and it is a singular treatment. There are many treatments such as Morpheus, US, cryo, etc that are all intended at creating some form of inflammation that can lead to new collagen formation. Renuvion is the most effective at neocollagenesis because of the amount of energy that you can deliver by doing it fron underneath the skin. Renuvion also tightens the fibroseptal network which none of the topical treatments can. In this way, there are two waves of results, the first is the tightening due to the fibroseptal network and then the second wave is due to the new collagen which shrink wraps everything. 
Important to know that the full effect of Renuvion takes 1 year. 
In someone like you, this would be done in the office with oral sedation which would decrease cost significantly.

There is no good in between procedure.
Attempts at nonsurgical skin tightening has been the holy Grail for decades, and no one has found it.
This includes bodytite and Renuvion aka J plasma. These devices will leave you disappointed and are more likely to create problems and complications, including disfigurement, then skin tighten.
I speak from firsthand experience.
Either commit to a full tummy tuck or live with your skin laxity.
There is no in between procedure. That’s going to make enough of a difference to see the improvement.
No one wants to have or has to have a full tummy tuck, but some women are willing to go through the procedure to get a pre-pregnancy tight flat abdomen.
You’re not the first to try to figure out some alternative and get some improvement without having the full procedure.
If there was something that could fix pregnancy related changes without a full tummy tuck, we would all be doing it.
Renuvion will leave you disappointed.
Before signing up for any permanent irreversible, plastic surgery procedure insist on seeing The before, and after pictures of a minimum of 20 previous patients, but preferably 50 or more previous cases.
Any results attributed to Renuvion can always be explained by the impact of Liposuction.
