It can be done together, but you will probably have better fat survival if the two are done separately to avoid the heat near the fat.

The simple answer to your question is yes.
Renuvion is done first then fat is added.
The heat from Renuvion will destroy some fat and generally Renuvion is done after liposuction.
Typically fat needs to be removed to the Renuvion cannula to fit underneath the skin.
This can be accomplished by passing Liposuction cannula without suction.
My personal view is that Renuvion does not deliver significant skin tightening, and the results are disappointing for anyone who needs a breast lift.
I speak from firsthand experience and have not been impressed by this device.Fat transfer can increase breast size by 1/2 to one cup or about 50% breast increase in volume.
The procedure is not particularly good at changing breast shape.
Without seeing pictures, we can’t begin to make an assessment.
I suggest having multiple in person, consultations with plastic surgeons in your community who have extensive experience with whatever procedure you’re contemplating.
Ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures of previous patients had similar body characteristics to your own.
When reviewing fat transfer results, always confirm the timeframe of when pictures were taken.
Recognize that early fat transfer results can look very impressive, but do not in anyway represent final long-term outcomes.

Because Renuvion is almost always done in conjunction with other procedures it is very difficult to differentiate the affect that this treatment actually has.
There are virtually no before, and after pictures available of Renuvion and Donna without Liposuction.

In reality, the results are purely subjective. My attempt of measuring skin tightening with actual measurements between incision points and anatomic landmarks showed zero skin tightening from the use of this device.The choice of procedures should be based on having a clear understanding of what the problem or ideology is.
The best way to understand what you results are likely to look like art to see countless quality before, and after pictures of surgeries on previous patients with similar characteristics by the provider, who’s going to do your operation.
An experienced plastic surgeon that should have no difficulty showing you the before, and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients.
Being shown a handful of pre-selected images, representing only the best results of a providers career may be insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hands of that provider or what your results are likely to look like.
Delivering consistent quality, liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people realize.
