MyEllevate & Renuvion procedure at the same time to tighten neck & minimize jowls?

I'm considering Myelevate with Renuvion procedures to tighten my neck and to minimize jowls. The plastic surgeon suggested to do these procedures at the same time. Is it a good idea? Another question is how safe is Renuvion? What are bad side effects? Can my neck get burned? I read some bad reviews online about it? Maybe it is better just to do Myelevate? Thanks

Combining these two procedures address both skin and deeper structures of the neck.  Depending on your exam, both may be recommended to obtain the best results.  These procedures will not replace lower face/neck lift surgeries.  You should have this discussion with your Plastic Surgeon.    In regards to your other questions, Renuvion is a safe procedure when performed by experienced Plastic Surgeons.  Before undergoing any procedure, discuss the risks with your surgeon.

Without pictures, we can’t begin to make an assessment.
Renuvion can be used as an ablative device similar to a CO2 laser, or it can be used under the skin in conjunction with Liposuction.
I find non-surgical approaches to be fairly minimal and patience. Should probably keep their expectations on the low side.For whatever treatment you’re contemplating, I suggest you ask your provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients who had similar facial characteristics to your own.
An experienced provider should have no difficulty showing you the quality collection of results.
This means having access to the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients
The hopes of avoiding real surgery this often met with mediocre outcomes.
Without seeing pictures, we can’t begin to make an assessment or give you any quality recommendations.
My first hand experience with Renuvion has been fairly disappointing and more or less dismal.
I’ve since sold the device because it pretty much failed to deliver significant skin tightening.
