Mommy makeover cost and breast feeding? (Photo)

Question

I am 6'2 and 190lbs. I've lost 70lbs since having my baby in October. Would I need a full tummy tuck? Can I do a bbl at the same time? I'm still breast feeding would I have to wait? How much would it cost thank you!

I would begin with your breasts using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time, a tummy tuck can be done. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. You may are may not have enough fat later for a Brazilian butt lift.

Regarding a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), limited fat availability might affect the outcome's quality. For optimal results, it's best to consider this cautiously.
For a safe procedure, I suggest completing breastfeeding before the tummy tuck. Alternatively, freezing a two-week breast milk supply is an option, but continued pain medication while breastfeeding is not advised.
Costs can vary, influenced by your surgeon's expertise, location, and the extent of surgery. Individual components, like hernia repair, may impact the overall expense.

You look like a great Candidate for a mommy makeover. Finish breastfeeding before you book procedure. You can still do procedure while breastfeeding but would need to pump and dump your milk while on the pain relievers and it’s best to just not waste that liquid gold you are providing for your little one. They are only tiny for a tiny while, enjoy it.
It’s hard to tell from the photos, but you could possibly get away with a mini Abdominoplasty instead of a full. You can do breast, abdomen, and bbl at same time. you should wait until you are done with breastfeeding. Based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. First you need to complete breast feeding for 3 months and you should not plan for further pregnancies. You can do a BBL at the same time as an abdominoplasty, but I usually do not recommend it because you will not be able to lay on your stomach and your only option is to lay on your side. Based on these photos, you seem to be a good candidate for small TT, liposuction of torso and flanks, fat transfer to buttocks/hips and breast lift, possibly augmentation with implants. Considering that you need relatively small  liposuction, that can all be done in a single surgery. In person or teleconference consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, with good reputation in these type of body contouring, is recommended. Cost for surgery would depend of the area, experience of the surgeon, etc. Hope this helps.

You will need to wait until you have stopped breast feeding. Once stopped, you can then have your tummy tuck. Once you are 6 months past stopping to breast feed, then you can consider doing breast surgery.

If you have decided that your family is complete you appear to be a good candidate for a Mommy Makeover.  You can consider surgery three to six months after you have finished breastfeeding.  A tummy tuck will remove excess fat and skin as well as repair abdominal wall laxity.  Liposuction can be added for additional contouring.  The result will be a flatter, tighter tummy.  A breast lift will raise the position of the nipple and remove excess skin.  Implants can be added if more volume is desired. Thanks for your question! First of all, I would advise that you finish breastfeeding first. You do need a full tummy tuck, but you will want to get that hernia looked first OR find a surgeon that will repair it during a tummy tuck. Lastly, a TT and BBL in one surgery is a lot of surgery. Personally, I would break it up, but the choice is always yours. Good luck!
