You do need a full tummy tuck, but you will want to get that hernia looked first OR find a surgeon that will repair it during a tummy tuck. Lastly, a TT and BBL in one surgery is a lot of surgery. you should wait until you are done with breastfeeding. Based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. First you need to complete breast feeding for 3 months and you should not plan for further pregnancies. You can do a BBL at the same time as an abdominoplasty, but I usually do not recommend it because you will not be able to lay on your stomach and your only option is to lay on your side. Considering that you need relatively small liposuction, that can all be done in a single surgery. In person or teleconference consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, with good reputation in these type of body contouring, is recommended.
