Myomectomy + liposuction. I will be having da Vinci surgery to remove fibroids. Is it be possible to get liposuction? (Photo)

Liposuction is absolutely a possibility combined with robotic daVinci gyn surgery, and is actually a very common combination procedure performed. I suggest you speak to your Gyn surgeon to make sure they are comfortable with adding liposuction to the procedure since elective surgeries really shouldn't be combined if over 7-8hrs total. Given that you'll already be recovering from the myomectomy, combination procedures are a great opportunity to economically and conveniently combine and minimize overall recovery time vs doing the procedures separately. Also, the robotic port holes can likely be used as access sites for liposuction, making additional incisions not needed. Best of luck 

Lipo along with robotic surgery is certainly possible and we do this all the time.  Often we can use the same incisions that the Gyn surgeon uses so there's no new incisions.  Feel free to mention it to your gyn surgeon and look around also to see who is available at the location where you're likely to have your surgery.  

Thank you for your question, and I'm sorry to hear you have to go through surgery for your painful fibroids. Although I've never done this exact combination, yes, that would be something that potentially could work. You would seem to be a great candidate for liposuction just to sculpt your sides and inner thigh area. If I were the plastic surgeon treating you, I'd want to do my part first and then have the GYN component. Best wishes.
