Fullness, extremely bloated after liposuction, is this normal?

Hello, i had lipo done on my anterior flanks about 6 weeks ago. I understand, the itching is process of healing but is it normal to feel hot? Inflammation under the skin? And feeling full on my upper and lower abs? My abs are very tight and bloated (not gassy). Even when i wake up in the morning my stomch is still full/bloated to max. Is this normal? Thank you.

swelling can take 6+ months to resolve, I suggest massage, RF treatments and tight compression at this time to limit the swelling.  Best, Dr. Emer.
