I'm curious if anyone has ever done it. I'm currently a 32C looking to go up to a DD without implants. I thought that maybe it would be possible to do two fat transfer sessions spaced out by 6 months, a year, whatever it takes. I saw someone who got 700cc into each breast and someone else who got about 500cc which is much more than usual and they each went up two cups. I want to go up as much as is possible by fat transfer regardless of how many sessions it takes
Answer: Is It Possible to Have Two Fat Transfer Breast Augmentations to Get a Larger Increase in Volume?
Thank you for your question. It is possible to do two fat transfers to the breasts, depending how much fat you have for transfer. This surgery needs to be planned from the beginning with the patient. I prefer to remove fat from the abdomen, back, hips and flanks first. I reserve the thighs and arms for the possible second transfer. You do not want to collect the fat from all body areas and create scarring which makes a secondary liposuction for fat collection harder with lower percentage of viable fat. You will lose about 30-35% of the volume. Even though autologous fat breast augmentation is more expensive than breast implant augmentation, in the long run it is cheaper. You will not have the implant related issues of implant breakage, capsular contracture, bottoming out and other issues which will require further surgery and cost over your lifetime. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in fat grafts to the breasts, buttocks and face. Good luck.

Answer: Is It Possible to Have Two Fat Transfer Breast Augmentations to Get a Larger Increase in Volume?
Yes, you can have 2 breast augments with fat grafting as long as you have enough fat. This will cost more then breast implants and require longer surgical times. I would consider breast implants but it sounds as though you are against them. I have not done any repeat breast augments with fat as my patients have all been happy with just one session.

Answer: Fat transfers to breasts
Fat transfers to breasts can be repeated to try and achieve the size you want. I usually wait 3-6 months in between each session to give the newly transferred fat opportunity to grow and settle. You will need to have fat avaiable for the transfer, and try to keep your weight stable.

Answer: Is It Possible to Have Two Fat Transfer Breast Augmentations to Get a Larger Increase in Volume? While it’s technically possible to undergo multiple fat transfer breast augmentations, it’s important to consider the limitations and risks associated with the procedure. Each surgery introduces potential complications, and there are limits to how much fat can be transferred at once. Consulting with an experienced plastic surgeon is crucial to assess your individual case, discuss expectations, and determine the feasibility and safety of multiple procedures. Keep in mind that achieving a significant increase in volume may have practical and aesthetic considerations.

Answer: Fat grafting to breasts for natural breast augmentation
Yes, you can have a fat transfer/fat grafting to increase the volume in your breasts. You will most likely need several procedures to increase to a DD because fat grafting results are unpredictable. We can not predict how much fat that was transferred will be absorbed. A silicone gel implant feels natural, is FDA approved and is reliable. Perhaps consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss each procedure and your best options. ac
