In our practice we schedule microneedling sessions every 3-6 weeks. We always combine microneedling (Eclipse Micropen) with prp and lasers to get the most robust results. Thank you for your question and photos. In my practice we usually schedule microneedling treatments 3-4 weeks apart. I have found this to be the optimal time period to achieve results. Most microneedling devices are comparable, so I don't think there is much difference between Dermapen and Skinpen. PRP combined with microneedling provides great results. Prices for PRP will vary based on whether the PRP is applied topically or injected. The  recommended time in between treatments is 4-6 weeks. As this is enough time to allow your skin to heal and the collagen production to take effect. You can do them in  3 week intervals if you feel it’s necessary and are in a rush to complete your treatments.
