Can micro-needling build up collagen in aging hands?

At my practice we often do this treatment on the forearms and hands.  It will take several treatments to see the results you desire.  In addition to doing microneedling, I would suggest using 2 syringes of radiesse in the hands.  One syringe per hand.  

I have never tried microneedling on the hands before, but that would be interesting to try. In the case of aging hands, I typically recommend a filler injection, such as Radiesse or Voluma. They work will in filling out the hands and providing a more youthful look.
