Rhinoplasty - 15 month post op. Will a revision improve my results? (Photo)

Hello, I had rhinoplasty 15 months ago. My nose is subpar. Aesthetically and functionality. My nose drips and is running constantly. My nose is crooked. I’ve included one picture. I still have oain at the surgical site. It appears swollen. I have had multiple steroid injections to reduce size of nose. Help!

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos one side of your nose seems collapse due to the previous surgery. It can be cause of the runny nose and breathing issues. For get rid of these things and gain more healthy and natural looking nose I recommend you revision rhinoplasty surgery. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best Regards!
