Rhinoplasty - 15 month post op. Will a revision improve my results? (Photo)

Hello, I had rhinoplasty 15 months ago. My nose is subpar. Aesthetically and functionality. My nose drips and is running constantly. My nose is crooked. I’ve included one picture. I still have oain at the surgical site. It appears swollen. I have had multiple steroid injections to reduce size of nose. Help!

A needle is not strong enough to shave bone. It can shave cartilage down though. The bone would have to be filed down with a rasp, but the procedure is quick under a local anesthetic.

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos, you have a droopy tip, small dorsal hump and from the front your nose looks like deviated to the one side of your face. Your surgeon might need rib cartilage because s/he does not know the amount of cartilage in your nose....

Hello! Thank you for your question. From the photos you provided I can say that you have hanging columella, droopy tip and your nose seems like crooked to the one side. For get rid of this image and gain more elegant, natural looking nose I recommend you revision rhinoplasty surgery. Best Regards!
