I’ve always been insecure about my smile for the way it seems to slope downward on one side, making it look a little more like a grimace than a smile, would Botox be able to give the corner of my mouth a more lifted appearance?

Answer: Asymmetry We are all asymmetric to some degree and your smile certainly falls within normal limits. Botox can be used to help tweak small asymmetries, but be careful as you do not want to impact your smile negatively. I encourage you to discuss your concerns with an expert injector.

Answer: Can Botox fix an asymmetric smile First of all, you have a beautiful smile. Secondly, all smiles are asymmetric. Botox however can only make you smile a lot worse and never better. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery.
