Botox for areola enlargement - will this help prevent them from shrinking?

I struggle with extremely small and pale areolas. When my nipples are hard, it looks like I have absolutely no areola at all - it shrinks to less than half its normal size. I’ve tried areola tattooing but don’t like how often I have to get this touched up and doesn’t resolve the issue of how small my nipples look when cold. I like the size of my nipples and areolas when they’re not hard -is it possible to get Botox injections into the areola/nipple to prevent them from shriveling up in the cold?
