I’ve recently had Botox in my forehead, and my brows feel heavy and like they have dropped. I usually look a lot more awake when I have movement in my eyebrows, as I raise them ever so slightly. Now after botox, my eyebrows are locked into a lower, less awake looking position. I’d love to raise the inner areas to create a straighter, more open brow. Is this possible with Botox?
Answer: Botox and brow lifting xHello and thank you for your question. A face to face consult and examination is always best however in this scenario botox to the glabella region without any in the frontalis muscle is often best to give you the maximum lift of the medial brow. Please always seek treatment from a trained medical professional for any cosmetic treatment. Best wishes

Answer: How a combination of treatments may be right for you Thank you for your question and photo. You may benefit from combining your Botox treatments with dermal filler injections to produce the desired aesthetic. When administering Botox to lift the brow, care should be taken to identify the muscles responsible for raising them to ensure a proper site of injection. This approach can reduce muscle activity to create a subtle and natural lift. Dermal fillers can combat volume loss above the eyebrows to pull the skin outward and upward, resulting in a balanced and natural-looking elevation. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified injector. They will be able to review your treatment history and discuss your concerns with you to develop the best course of action.

Answer: Yes. Hi Hele123, Heavy brows after forehead Botox alone can occur, especially in people who is brow sits in a naturally lower position, as these people often use therefore had to elevate the brow. Next time you to meet with your provider about Botox, discuss with them the possibility of performing Botox injections to your crows feet as well as your glabella. Each of these muscle groups are brow depressors, and taking away their function can have 2 beneficial effects. The first is allowing the brow to raise, by reducing the downward pulling forces, and the second is making your forehead work less hard to elevate the brow, which can improve your forehead wrinkles. Hope this helps. I hope this helps, and best of luck. Best,Christopher Pannucci MDBoard Certified Plastic SurgeonPlastic Surgery NorthwestSpokane, Washington

Answer: Droopy Brows -- Eyebrow Lift with Injectable Fillers / Cannulas for Reduced Pain/Swelling / See an Expert To give the eyebrows a nice lift, we use injectable fillers to improve the eyebrow, upper eye, forehead and temple. A filler is placed on the bone and in the fat pads of these areas to contour and lift without it looking overdone. We use cannulas to limit pain and swelling. I suggest getting a formal consultation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
