I would first like to know your age as it would help us understand why there is hypertrophy of the muscle since you would be doing botox for a year then I would like to know the dose of the botox done on the frown area on the muscular bulge area since we need to check it whether its the skin that's causing the bulge or the muscle as there is a slight frown crease exactly right next to the bulge that is evident and I would like to know after how many days or months this photograph was taken and after understanding all these parameters and that bulge we can suggest a proper treatment plan.
