I've had 260cc round implants (under muscle) for 8 years and hate them (too big!) I'd love to explant but scared of how they’ll look, so want to swap to the smallest implant possible. I consulted with a well-regarded surgeon, & he said I could only downsize to 175cc-250cc (he would decide when operating) and I’d have to keep the same projection to prevent the breast pocket from collapsing? Is this true or could I go MUCH smaller? (I previously had implants over muscle, if relevant)
