It is possible to change the size of your implants to something smaller. When decreasing size it is important to modify the pocket to match the size of the new (smaller) implnant. Often some form of internal bra is helpful to provide support when creating a change in pocket size.

The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

250 cc is already a small implant. If you go too small the implant has much less diameter but if you want 175 cc I say why not. However I would make sure you and the surgeon agree on what size will be used. This notion of deciding while you are under anesthesia is a recipe for putting the blame on the surgeon. You want them smaller so you should pick the size
